  1. Hi,
    Wouw, what a nice plugin and… easy and very clear to use, thanks for creating.
    A question: where can I publish the project list, was looking for a widget, but did not found.

    Kind regards of Anne

    • Hi, thank you!

      The project list widget is one of the features we are planning to implement in the closest versions.

      At this moment you may use the [iprojectweb_frontpage] shortcode to embed the plugin to any site page.

      There is a restriction though. The plugin will be accessible only by users who are provided with access credentials.

      To do that:
      1. User Profile -> Admin tab ->Site user – select a user;
      2. User Profile -> Admin tab ->Role – assign the access rights;

      • Is it possible to restrict access to certain user roles, for instance only allowing Administrators, Editors and Authors to access iProject?

        Will iProject support language files?

        • You may restrict access to the page where the short code is located

  2. This is a great plugin and thank you so much for creating this, I already have it enabled on my Website.
    My question is, how do the emails get sent to the people on a particular project?

    • Hi Mike. In order to send emails you need to add people to the user list, and then add some of them into the project/tasks mailing lists. Once someone adds a new comment or changes an object status a notification will be sent to all the people in the lists. Please let us know if I understood your question correctly.

  3. what if I deleted all users and it now says please login :/

  4. Congratulations for this fantastic plugin! it really meets my needs.

    I have a problem assigning Responsible to a tasks. I have two new users. When I try to search for them within a Tasks to assign them the task the plugin return ‘No Results’. The users have Admin role both.

    Do I need to configure the users in a specific way to be able to allow them to own a task?

    Thanks in advance,
    Emilio

    • Hi Emilio, do you use utf8 as your database encoding/collation?

  5. I also forgot to mention that it may be due to the fact that my theme is a dark theme with light text, and perhaps maybe an option to change the background color of iproject web could be a viable feature?

    • Hi, you can define your own front end style and indicate it on the settings page.

  6. it plugin in do not workin that for jquery config in wordpress3.2.1 so solution???

    • Unfortunately iProject Web is compatible beginning from WP 3.3

  7. iProjectweb is conflicting with Jetpack by WordPress (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jetpack/). iProjectWeb is unresponsive when Jetpack is active.

  8. I thought I had this all set up and was ready to go. I set up a project, and a test user (TeamMember), aside from the SuperAdmin. I am trying to have the team members access projects from my WordPress front-end. The test team member I set up can access the iProject Web table showing the one project I have listed. However, when the user clicks the project to view the project details, the system tries to load my site’s home-page within the iProject Web window, and then the browser shows a blank white screen. Nothing else happens except the browser tab shows “Connecting” continuously.
    The SuperAdmin can view project fine and edit the project from the front-end. HELP!!

  9. I’ve found the problem. This happens when we delete the user SuperAdmin.

    I still have not found the solution to the plugin when I turn off and on again, I lose all my data.

    I also try to configure my useers with the shortcode and nothing works.
    1. User Profile -> Admin tab ->Site user – select a user;
    2. User Profile -> Admin tab ->Role – assign the access rights;

    Could you give me an example.

    Thank you for your help.
    Eric
